Our new motion controllers are engineered to work seamlessly across the entire MYT system lineup. From the start, our Opti-Glide® Camera Checkout & Lens Calibration Systems have featured precision, closed-loop motorized movement. Now, we bring that same expertise to our esteemed line of Camera Support Systems.
MYT Motion Control Systems are designed for flexibility and modularity, with backward compatibility as a key design focus. This means all existing MYT Camera Sliders + Skater Dollies are fully compatible with MYT Motion Control. All previous generations of MYT systems can be quickly and easily upgraded for motorized motion control using the MYT Integration Kit, which includes a stepper motor, motor mount, pulley, belt, and belt brackets. MACH 8
At the heart of MYT Motion Control is the MACH 8, a “Motorized Axis Control Hub” capable of supporting up to 8-axes of motion control. The MACH 8 connects to a computer via Ethernet or USB and is operated through the MYT Motion Control app, currently in development. This intuitive interface allows users to visually generate intricate motion routines, control multiple axes, record, edit, and repeat manual moves in real-time. The MACH 8 features eight control connections supporting motor control, encoders, and limit switches on each “axis”. For added convenience, this compact system includes a 1000W 48VDC power supply with eight power connections for motors in a compact system envelope.

MACH 1
“I DON’T NEED ALL THAT”
For simpler applications, the MACH 1 is a single-axis controller designed for use with The MYT KNOB, our digital hand crank (currently in development). The MACH 1 can be powered by two Gold or V-Mount batteries for on-location use.

THE KNOB
The KNOB is a precise, digital hand crank designed to control any single-axis system. It can also operate the Opti-Glide motor module, moving the chart frame or projection board in both directions. Equipped with ramping settings for smooth acceleration and deceleration, as well as start and stop entry points, The KNOB offers an intuitive, user-friendly interface with minimal setup time.
