In Sydney, where commercial real estate is at a premium, SUNSTUDIOS has made a dynamic hub that includes camera rental and checkout, a seamless studio for photo and video work, and gathering spaces for creatives. Two custom 15 ft systems, mounted to a low ceiling with minimal exposed hardware, matches their open, industrial look and made great use of space where ceilings were low.

Both 15′ Opti-Glide systems at SUNSTUDIOS include top-of-the-line accessories to support operator speed, comfort, and precision. The keyboard/motor and hand crank enable the operator to go to specific set distances (set by the house or in collaboration with the camera team), and then feather in and out to see how the lens behaves. A film plane encoder, shown on the left side of the MYT Pedestal workstation, allows the laser to be easily slid back and forth to meet the film plane, which allows the team to check different sized camera bodies with ease.
